Solutions for cyclist and pedestrian counting and data analysis.
Onboarding series: Letter #6
Welcome back, you're nearly there! This is the penultimate email of our welcome program which aims to train you on the use of Eco-Counter systems.
Next up? An introduction on how to share your bike and pedestrian count data with the public and other users.
Create automatic reports
The report function in Eco-Visio allows you to download a PDF summary overview of your bike and pedestrian count data in just a few clicks. The PDF report function is the quickest way to share a summary of your data and is perfect for collaborating with key stakeholders and partners.
Step One - you know this bit already. Login to your Eco-Visio account. Customize your PDF report by adjusting your dashboard to fit your reporting needs.
Once your dashboard is set, simply click on "Report" in the top left menu, then select the dashboard and sections that interest you to automatically compile them into a PDF document. Ta-da, your PDF report will start downloading automatically.
Add new users in Eco-Visio
If you are looking to share your bike and pedestrian count data with collaborators, you can give them access to your Eco-Visio dashboards. By managing the different access levels (read-only, modification, administration) you can allow your colleagues to access - and modify - the different Eco-Visio dashboards with a few clicks.
