Activate and configure your counters
Add new Users
Welcome to part three!
Here is the continuation of our training program on the use of your Eco-Counters. By now, , you may have had a 1:1 introductory Eco-Visio training session. If not, depending on your package, you have access to a recorded Eco-Visio training (Light Package), or you could register for a free in-person training sessions (Professional or Expert packages).
Once your counter has been installed, complete setup of your counting sites is essential to ensure effective monitoring of equipment and data. It also makes it easier for all users with whom you share your Eco-Visio platform to understand the data.

Did you know?
Each counting site has a description tab that allows you to name your counter. From here, you can enter:
- the location of your counter - the type of users counted - the direction of counts (such as towards the city center, or away from the trailhead) - the installation date and much more!
You can customize your counting site by adding one or more photos of the counter and its surrounding environment. Beyond cosmetic considerations, these photos may be useful to better locate your system in sometimes changing environments (landscape, weather, new employees, etc.).
Adding new users
As an administrator, you have the ability to manage and add new users to your Eco-Visio domain. To make this process as smooth as possible, we have prepared a comprehensive User Management guide.
